Professional imagery to showcase your events & services
GOAL: Marriott Long Wharf hosted a Bourbon Battle event featuring 3 local bartenders. A series of drink ingredients, with only a few minutes to make a delicious and award worthy cocktail during each round.
The event was a way to provide some entertainment and a fun event for their overnight guests to attend. The brand has consistently been increasing in-hotel events to provide guests with more than just a bedroom to sleep in.
The goal for photography was to capture the event in a documentary way, showcasing the high energy bartenders, guests on the edge of their seat, and the judges taste testing and scoring each cocktail.
GOAL: Visa created a custom space at the tailgating section of a New England Patriots game. In partnership with a virtual reality company, they created a 3D, real-life video of practicing on the field with the Patriots team.
In addition to the hi-tech VR sets you could try on on-site, they had hand out VR sets that you could take home to use with your smartphone.
The goal with photography was to capture the excitement among guests who tried on the VR set. Capture their reactions to the video, and also the interactions between guests and Visa spokespeople.
GOAL: Every year, YearUp sends out their annual report to donators and contributors to their non-profit. It’s a fun book filled with stats, student testimonials, and the goals for the upcoming year.
Being a non-profit organization, donors are such an important part of the ecosystem.
The goal with photography was to capture lifestyle images of students interacting during the program. To show donors what a day in the life at YearUp really looks like.
We focused on non-staged imagery, and made sure to schedule the shoots during times where students would be working on projects, collaborating with peers, and conducting their mentor meetings.
Having consistent headshots for your entire team is important. Headshots can be in-studio style or on location to showcase your office space. I’m an expert at getting people to relax in front of the camera. To capture an authentic headshot they will be proud of.
Being an athlete myself, I’m able to authentically photograph and capture imagery for gyms, physical therapists, and bodywork providers.
No posed, fake photos. I focus on in-action shots so that each image is authentic. Nothing worse than looking at a photo and thinking “something isn’t right here.”
